Scheduling with Dr. Steve Hruby is easy. Read on to learn more about our simple scheduling process, and how we pride ourselves on our minimal to no wait times for our patients. You will be greeted with smiles and caring staff ready to help you in any way they can.

Day 1

Our office will have most likely emailed you our new patient paperwork in the form of a fillable digital PDF.

Appointment Day!

On the day of your appointment, we will help get you signed in and have you fill out the new patient paperwork if you haven’t already.

You will be asked for:

Your Drivers License or other acceptable form of picture id,
Your insurance card or information (unless you are self-pay)
Your new patient paperwork if Callie doesn’t already have it

Travis will gather some information including:

Your medical history,
Any previous injuries?
Any ongoing medical conditions (physical or mental)?
Any other relevant medical considerations?

Meet Travis

Travis Campbell wears many hats as the Clinic Operations Manager for Dr. Steve Hruby.

While giving you a tour of the facility, Travis will explain the process and our care philosophy, as well as answer any other questions you might have.

After the short tour, you and Travis will go into one of our exam rooms where he will gather some relevant medical information from you before Dr. Hruby meets you both in there.

Dr. Steve Hruby will meet up with you in the exam room and:

Go over briefly what a chiropractor does and what his specialties are,
Go over what to expect and how it relates to your health or care you will receive
Take Xrays (if needed),
Perform a SEMG scan (Surface Electromyography)

Introducing Dr. Steve Hruby

After Travis has gathered his information and explained the process, Dr. Hruby will meet up with you both in the exam room, introduce himself, share what a chiropractor does, and what some of his specialities are.

Dr. Hruby will answer any other questions you may have for him, and take xrays and a SEMG scan.

The Xrays and SEMG scan will give Dr. Hruby and his team a full picture of your health. We want to make sure we have all of the information possible to create a customized care plan specific to your individualized needs.

When you are being cared for by Dr. Hruby, you have a whole team of medical experts on your side.

Before your next appointment, Dr. Hruby and his team will go over your Xrays, SEMG scan, blood work, and any other test results, to determine what the best next step forward is going to be to meet your current and future health goals.

Clean, Pristine, & Sanitized

Depending on a few variables, this “Day 1” initial exam and intake generally take an hour.

Once all of your questions are answered, you will return to Callie to schedule your next appointment, or referred to here as your ROF, or report of findings.

ROF (Report of Findings)

Before your next appointment, Dr. Hruby and his team will have analyzed your xrays, SEMG scan results, and other initial exam information before determining the best individualized care or treatment plan for you.

Chiropractic Adjustment

After your patient intake, you will be directed back to Callie to schedule your next appointment. At this time you can request a chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Hruby.

Chiropractic adjustments are a natural and drug-free approach to alleviating pain, keeping joints health, and gaining or keeping your full range of mobility.

On Day one you will leave informed, encouraged, adjusted, aligned, and on your path to a healthier you!

Day 2

Welcome Back!

After you are checked in Travis will come greet you and go over your test results and treatment recommendations.

Dr. Hruby

Dr. Hruby will join you and Travis shortly after and provide some additional details for your care plan and answer any questions you may have for him.

Schedule Next Visit

Travis will then speak with you briefly regarding your insurance or self-pay rates (depending on your situation), and walk with you to the front desk where Callie will schedule you for your next visit to start your treatment plan.

Chriopractic Adjustment

Just like the first visit, you can request another chiropractic adjustment at the end of this visit as well.
